About the role

The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team works across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:

• Design, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned to client business and technical requirements.
• Build and enhance workflows, forms, integrations, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization for ServiceNow implementations.
• Contribute to project deliverables, documentation, estimation, and technical work products across the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• 2+ years experience developing with JavaScript, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and REST application programming interfaces
• Experience implementing one or more ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Customer Service Management, or Strategic Portfolio Management
• Experience configuring integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Local to the Washington Metro area (preferred)
• Active Secret clearance (preferred)
• One or more additional ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
• Experience with Integration Hub, Service Portal, or UI Builder (preferred)
• Experience supporting Agile delivery methods (preferred)
• Experience leading technical workstreams on platform implementation projects (preferred)
