Senior Consultant - SAP Concur

Deloitte · Pittsburgh, PA · 1 mo ago
HybridFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph: "Join Deloitte's SAP practice..." That's about the role. Then "Work you'll do" is responsibilities. Then "A successful candidate would possess these skills:" is skills. Then "The team" maybe about team? Could be "About the team" but not required. Then "Qualifications Required" and "Preferred". Also wage range and incentive program: that's Pay and Benefits? Actually wage range is pay, and discretionary annual incentive program is benefits. So we need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Work you'll do), Skills (A successful candidate...), Qualifications (Required and Preferred maybe combined?), Pay (wage range), Benefits (incentive program). Also maybe "Team" could be omitted if not needed. But we need to include sections only when there is real specific content. The team paragraph is substantive; could be a section "About the team". However the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't list About the team, but we could still use a heading? They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we should stick to those headings; we can omit others. So we can map content: About the role (intro). Responsibilities (Work you'll do). Skills (A successful candidate...). Qualifications (Required and Preferred). Pay (wage range). Benefits (incentive program). No Schedule info. Also maybe Requirements could be used for qualifications? But they have Qualifications heading. We'll use Qualifications for both required and preferred. We'll not repeat job title. We'll not include metadata like recruiting end date? That's minor metadata; we could fold into short p or drop. Probably drop. Also remove boilerplate like #SAPCORE etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove EEO etc (none). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, skills, qualifications (required and preferred), wage range, incentive program. Also include the intro paragraph. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep bullet points as
  • . For prose use

. For lists like responsibilities we need to convert each sentence into list items? The responsibilities paragraph is a long paragraph with many duties separated by semicolons. We should split into list items each duty. Let's parse: "Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant on the SAP team, you will support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment and design through build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Lead assigned SAP Concur workstreams across Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request, managing the workplan, requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality of deliverables; escalate scope, timeline, and resource concerns as appropriate. Facilitate requirements, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops with client stakeholders and project teams. Translate travel and expense, accounts payable, corporate card, and spend management requirements into practical SAP Concur solutions. Own functional design for assigned scope and coordinate or perform configuration, integration requirements, data migration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities. Analyze current-state processes and provide recommendations related to operating models, policy alignment, compliance controls, tax and value-added tax considerations, corporate card programs, and spend management improvements. Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client stakeholders, communicating progress, decisions, risks, and action items. Support training, change adoption, stakeholder communications, and post-go-live activities. Contribute to estimates, proposals, reusable assets, and SAP Concur practice development. Mentor more junior team members and share knowledge, delivery methods, and functional expertise." We can break each sentence after the initial "As a Senior Consultant..." maybe combine first sentence as overview. We'll create list items for each duty. Similarly skills list: bullet list of abilities. Qualifications Required: list of bullet points. Preferred: list. Pay: wage range: "$1 10 , 7 00 to $2 18 , 3 00". That seems weird formatting with spaces. Probably "$110,700 to $218,300". We need to preserve exactly as given? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the numbers as they appear, but we could format nicely? The text shows "$1 10 , 7 00 to $2 18 , 3 00". Likely a formatting error due to OCR. We should keep as is? Might be better to preserve the numbers with spaces? The instruction says do not invent or summarize away detail. Changing formatting could be considered summarizing? But it's still same numbers. I'd output as "$110,700 to $218,300" maybe considered summarizing? I'd keep exactly as given: "$1 10 , 7 00 to $2 18 , 3 00". However that looks odd. I'd keep as is but maybe remove extra spaces? The original text: "A reasonable estimate of the current range is $1 10 , 7 00 to $2 18 , 3 00." There are spaces before commas. I'd output exactly that: "$1 10 , 7 00 to $2 18 , 3 00". That preserves detail. Benefits: discretionary annual incentive program description. We'll not include Schedule. Now produce HTML fragment:

    Benefits

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

We need to ensure we didn't include any heading for Schedule. Also we didn't repeat job title. We didn't include recruiting end date. We removed boilerplate like #SAPCORE etc. Also we didn't include "The team" paragraph. That's substantive but we omitted because no heading matches. Could we incorporate into About the role? Might be okay to drop? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". If we drop the team paragraph, we lose substantive info. So we need to include it somewhere. We could add a section "About the team" but they didn't list that as example but said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive list. So we can add About the team heading. That seems reasonable. Let's add About the team section with the paragraph. Thus add:
