Senior Consultant - SAP BASIS & BTP/BWZ

About the role

This role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS - HANA, with advanced proficiency in SAP BTP/BWZ and SAP RISE, providing expert-level support across all BASIS functions.

Responsibilities

• Creating detailed technical documentation to support SAP project initiatives
• Coordinating and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
• Leading meetings and driving productive discussions to achieve project outcomes
• Independently researching unfamiliar topics and identifying practical solutions
• Producing high-quality, professional presentations in PowerPoint
• Developing clear task lists and execution plans, incorporating input from cross-functional teams
• Actively engaging in meetings, offering constructive feedback and contributing to meaningful conversations
• Coordinating with offshore team to manage and deliver the assigned tasks
• Ensuring compliance to Client and TCS processes and mandatory training requirements
• Reporting project progress, risks and mitigation plans periodically

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS - HANA
• Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP/BWZ and SAP RISE
• Skilled in researching SAP requirements, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing guidance to team members
• Knowledgeable in RISE service request processes
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree

Pay

Base salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 per annum
