Senior Consultant, Rehab - Oracle Health

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Rehab - Oracle Health to join our Federal Consulting team. This role involves designing, configuring, activating, and supporting the implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across various federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
• Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues.
• Execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
• Lead client meetings and events.
• Drive internal team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles, including knowledge and experience with Oracle Health Millennium solutions.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and residency on U.S. soil.
