Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience with state public assistance systems supporting eligibility determination, benefits administration, or case management1+ years of experience supporting state government clients in eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, or information management1+ years of experience supporting systems implementation, operations and maintenance, help desk operations, or software application development and maintenanceAbility to travel 0 - 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred: Experience managing workstreams or coordinating team members on technology engagementsExperience supporting proposal developmentExperience resolving client issues in a project environment You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
