Senior Consultant, Process Optimization & Agentic Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Consultant, Process Optimization & Agentic Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will partner with operations leaders to diagnose inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and drive measurable improvements across retirement and recordkeeping operations. The consultant will combine structured process improvement methods with data-driven analysis to reduce waste, improve quality, and strengthen execution. There is also a strong emphasis on supporting automation and AI-enabled operating models that enhance how teams work and deliver value.
