Senior Consultant - Agentic Operations

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a team that identifies and implements transformation opportunities for optimization in middle/back-office operations. The role bridges business strategy, operations, technology architecture, agentic AI, and change management to help transform how organizations operate and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-depth analysis of current state to identify transformation opportunities across organizational design, technology architecture, and agentic transformation.
• Develop detailed financial models to prioritize opportunities and support decision-making/roadmap development.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows.
• Lead pilots and implementations, partnering with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Support design and implementation of change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
• Support establishment of governance, measure value realization, and shape future service offerings.

Qualifications

Required

• 3-7 years of experience in management/operations consulting, technology consulting, agentic transformation, or related fields.
• Strong business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player driven by business value creation who engages across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation.

Preferred

• Familiarity with middle-back office tech stack and architecture standards.
• Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.
• Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
