About the role

The Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations within the designated department, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and nursing practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in nursing management.
• Current RN license.
• Experience in pediatric primary care preferred.
