About the role

EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (EMC) is the strategic advisory arm of EVERSANA. Responsibilities

  • Leading targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders / insurance payers) with little to no oversight
  • Synthesizing research insights to develop logical and effective client-ready recommendations
  • Independently running work streams and/or entire projects, handling day-to-day client-facing responsibilities, and ensuring deliverable deadlines are met
  • Working closely with senior team members to present findings to clients and assist with business development opportunities
  • Developing high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models)
  • Communicating verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion
  • Contributing to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure, leveraging knowledge and expertise in specific disease areas or project types
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
  • Working closely with junior team members not only to ensure project delivery goals are met, but also to train staff on best practices and guide professional development
  • Supporting the development of a high-performance culture by being a role model for junior staff

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience at a life science consultancy, with experience running projects and handling consultant-level responsibilities
  • A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Prior to joining EVERSANA

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred: Advanced degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., business, economics, life sciences, engineering) and strong academic record

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Environment

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
