About the role

EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (EMC) is the strategic advisory arm of EVERSANA. We combine deep industry and functional knowledge with specialized expertise in market assessment, analytics, and strategy development. Our global experts help life sciences executives address their most pressing business challenges across innovative therapy areas, including Brand Strategy/Marketing, Launch/Complete Commercialization, Product Innovation, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, Pricing & Market Access, and Strategic Data Analytics Coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders/insurance payers) with little to no oversight.
  • Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client-ready recommendations.
  • Independently run work streams and/or entire projects, handle day-to-day client-facing responsibilities, and ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with senior team members to present findings to clients and assist with business development opportunities.
  • Develop high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models).
  • Communicate verbal and written information in a logical, clear, and concise fashion.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure by leveraging expertise in specific disease areas or project types.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
  • Support junior team members to ensure project delivery goals are met, train staff on best practices, and guide professional development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by being a role model for junior staff.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience at a life science consultancy, with experience running projects and handling consultant-level responsibilities.
  • A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate verbal and written information in a logical, clear, and concise fashion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., business, economics, life sciences, engineering) and a strong academic record (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (preferred).

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $155,000 to $171,000 (U.S. locations only). Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location to account for comparative cost of living.
