Senior Consultant- Health and Benefits
Description
The Senior Consultant will play a crucial role in the client service team, interacting directly with clients and building relationships across various levels of the client organization. The role involves managing projects and providing recommendations on health and benefits plan design and management. There's potential for growth into senior relationship management or leadership roles by effectively handling projects and collaborating with industry experts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in health and welfare plan design/management, preferably in a consulting or brokerage environment
- Strong desire and capability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Prominent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues
- Exceptional analytical, creative, and integrative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- CEBS designation or relevant actuarial or underwriting training preferred
