Responsibilities

- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, data requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation that bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Partner with product owners, engineers, architects, data teams, and client stakeholders to support solution design, system implementation, workflow optimization, integration planning, UAT, validation, and implementation readiness across front, middle, and back-office platforms.
- Own assigned tasks and deliverables by managing timelines, tracking risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, proactively communicating progress, and helping drive initiatives from analysis through execution.
- Prepare structured, accurate, and polished materials, including presentations, executive summaries, business cases, impact assessments, process documentation, status reports, meeting outputs, and stakeholder communications for internal teams, client stakeholders, and senior leaders.
