About the role
Beghou Consulting supports the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects for commercial efforts in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. This role involves leading cross-functional project teams, providing strategic advice, and driving innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients
- Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines, while assuming responsibility for key data analytics tasks to support internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies
- Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to both internal and external teams
- Independently manage projects, handling client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal oversight
- Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting
- Cook up with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Engage in business development activities and contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growth
- Mentor and guide junior team members, overseeing their professional development and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel
- Good understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting
- Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $150,000.
