Management$165k–$190k/yrFull-time

About the role

Grant Thornton | Stax Transactions works directly with leading private‑equity firms, growth investors, and Fortune 500 executives on high‑stakes strategic and transaction decisions. The firm combines the entrepreneurial culture and agility of a boutique consulting firm with the scale, reach, and platform of Grant Thornton. Consultants gain broad exposure across industries, transaction types, and growth challenges in a model designed to accelerate commercial judgment and leadership development. Teams are lean and collaborative, senior leaders are accessible, mentorship is real, and contributions are visible. The role offers a low‑travel operating model that delivers meaningful client impact without the traditional road‑warrior consulting lifestyle.

As a Commercial Due Diligence Senior Consultant, you will focus on buy‑side and sell‑side transaction engagements, supporting corporate clients and private‑equity investors as they evaluate growth opportunities, revenue sustainability, and market risk. You will work alongside experienced professionals across Grant Thornton | Stax Transactions to deliver clear, data‑driven insights throughout the transaction lifecycle, and you will be empowered from day one to make an impact on client investment decisions while building your leadership and advisory skillset.
