Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in projects focused on finance performance improvement, business analytics, decision support, financial accounting advisory services, transaction support, and program/project management.
  • Work closely with managers and partners on client and engagement management.
  • Enhance existing client relationships by delivering exceptional client service.
  • Communicate with business owners, executive management, investors, lenders, and other sophisticated parties to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including campus recruiting, referring experienced individuals to the firm, and participating in the firm's Employee Referral Bonus Program.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Two (2) plus years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit and financial advisory service lines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Knowledge and ability to use appropriate tools, applications, and accounting and finance concepts to facilitate analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, exposure to middle market financial suites such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Intacct, and proficiency in data consolidation, reporting, and robust analytics.
  • High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, and ability to generate data-driven insights.
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective teamwork and ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
  • Travel (approximately 25%) required.

  • Experience with financial modeling and Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and auditing principles.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $86,660 to $164,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
