About the role
As a Senior Consultant in Credera’s Management Consulting practice, you will lead small client-facing initiatives, providing strategic direction, managing project budgets, timelines, issues, and risks, and producing high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate with strategy, technology, and design consultants, and interface directly with client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Tackle clients' business problems by leading small workstreams or engagements proportional to your experience level.
- Provide strategic direction to clients, manage project budgets, timelines, issues, and risks.
- Collaborate with strategy, technology, and design consultants to define, execute, and support key project tasks.
- Interface directly with client stakeholders to ensure client needs are met and share recommendations.
- Support the continuous growth and development of the firm by supporting internal initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of project management and/or technical leadership experience.
- A highly driven professional with a passion for Strategy & Operations, Digital (e.g., Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, eCommerce, etc.), Program Leadership, and Organizational Change Management.
- An enjoyment of serving in a client-facing role and building relationships.
- A strong written and verbal communicator with excellent research, analysis, and quantitative capabilities.

Pay
$95,000 - $135,000
Schedule
Hybrid working model with two days remote and three days in-person. Minimum three days in-person required per week.
