Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; OR equivalent relevant experience
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management or related roles, with a focus on complex and large-scale projects with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, including building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Experience in managing and organizing multiple, complex data center projects
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and boost morale of project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in Procore project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement action plans
• Attention to detail, quality and accuracy in completing tasks and managing project documentation
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License in good standing
