We’re looking for a Senior Construction Services Specialist to join our Colorado team and serve as the Engineer’s onsite representative - helping ensure projects are built right, on time, and to spec. Responsibilities Perform onsite construction observation and documentation for vertical construction, such as structural concrete, pump and treatment equipment, and building constructionMonitor contractor activities and workmanship to verify compliance with project plans, specifications, contract requirements, and quality standardsServe as the primary field representative between the Owner, Engineer, and Contractor, facilitating clear communication and issue resolutionReview and document construction progress, field reports, RFIs, pay applications, testing results, and project recordsParticipate in construction meetings and coordinate with project teams regarding schedules, materials, quantity tracking, change orders, and field activitiesProvide leadership and direction to AE2S construction observation staff while ensuring consistency in project documentation and quality controlSupport project managers in monitoring budgets, tracking progress, reviewing project schedules, and delivering successful project outcomesMentor junior construction services staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management and observation practicesTravel regionally to active project sites (overnight travel as needed) Why AE2S Build Your Future. Compensation and Total Rewards The anticipated salary range for this position is: $90,900,600-$111,100This salary range represents AE2S's good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, licensure, certifications, education, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
