Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of schedulers working on large rail and transit projects.
- Develop integrated program schedules using Primavera based Critical Path Method (CPM) incorporating input and schedules from designers, contractors, and third party partners.
- Analyze schedule and scope changes, identify delays, and provide recommendations to project teams and executive leadership.
- Cookordination with project teams to ensure accurate reporting, risk identification, and forecasting.
- Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
- Establish baseline schedules, reviewing durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, and resource histograms.
- Review periodic CPM schedule updates and prepare detailed comparison and variance reports.
- Perform earned value analyses and support schedule change management, including change order reviews.
- Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to evaluate potential delays and their impacts.
- Evaluate and recommend schedule recovery strategies.
- Perform and evaluate what if scenario analyses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience developing and managing construction schedules for major rail or transit programs.
- At least 5 years of rail field construction experience.
- Strong proficiency in CPM scheduling and Primavera.
- Experience with project financial forecasting.
- Demonstrated expertise in change order and extension oft ime analysis.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-project teams within large, complex programs.
- Strong reporting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in rail/ transit construction and/or project management.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
- The expected salary for this position is $141,000-$173,000.
