We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID: Senior Construction Scheduler. We need to extract content. Let's parse posting: - Intro about Foster CM Group: description of company, founded 1992, sectors served. That's "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic heading for description of role? Usually "About the role" includes overview of position. We have description: "We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler for a full-time position located in Seattle, Washington. As a Senior Construction Scheduler, you'll take the lead in developing, analyzing, and optimizing complex project schedules across a wide range of construction initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery by working hand-in-hand with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders." That's role overview. Could be under "About the role". Also we have "Essential Job Functions" list. That's responsibilities. So we can have sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications? Might duplicate. The instruction says use headings for those categories; we can include only those with content. We have Minimum Qualifications bullet list. Also we have "Preferred candidate will have strong knowledge of scheduling principles, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and risk analysis techniques" which is part of qualifications. Also "Experience interpreting and analyzing construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents." etc. So we can put Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications) and Qualifications (Preferred). But we might combine. However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: - About the role: company overview + role overview. - Responsibilities: list of essential job functions (multiple bullet points). We'll put
  • . - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications bullet list (Bachelor's degree..., 3-8 years..., Experience interpreting..., Familiarity..., Strong interpersonal skills...). That's specific. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred candidate will have strong knowledge of scheduling principles, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and risk analysis techniques." That's a sentence; could be included under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed separate; but we have "Strong interpersonal skills" etc. Could be under Skills but we already have interpersonal in Requirements. Might not need separate Skills. - Benefits: list of benefits (Medical Insurance..., Dental..., Vision..., Prescription Drug..., Telehealth..., Life Insurance..., STD paid..., LTD paid..., EAP, 401(K) with Company Match, Vacation, Holidays, PTO, Financial Wellness, Pet Insurance). That's specific. - Pay: not mentioned. So omit Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned (full-time position located in Seattle, Washington). No schedule details like hours. So omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated benefits (they appear twice). We'll include once. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

We must ensure no duplicate content. Also we omitted "Work Environment" and "Physical Requirements" etc. Those are substantive but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use headings for those specific ones; we could still include them if we want but they are not in the list. The list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It does not include Work Environment or Physical Requirements. Should we omit them? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should likely stick to those headings. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings, but the examples given are those. Safer to stick to those headings only. So we omit Work Environment etc. That's okay; we still preserve all substantive information? We would be dropping some substantive info (work environment, physical requirements, other requirements). The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information". If we omit those sections, we lose that info. However maybe those are considered boilerplate? They are specific to job. But they are not in the list of headings we are supposed to use. The instruction might expect us to include them under appropriate headings like Requirements or Responsibilities? But they are not exactly responsibilities or requirements. Could be considered part of Requirements (physical requirements). Could be included under Requirements as additional bullet points. Similarly work environment could be under Requirements or maybe under About the role? The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "e.g." meaning examples. So we could add other headings if needed, but better to follow the spirit: use those headings for sections. However we must preserve all substantive info; we could incorporate work environment and physical requirements into Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Work Environment" but that's not in the list. The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for those sections; but we could also add other headings if needed, but they gave examples. The safer approach: include all substantive info, using appropriate headings from the list where possible, and if needed create additional headings but still follow the pattern (

). However the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, just that those are examples. I'd incorporate work environment and physical requirements under Requirements (maybe as sub-bullets). But we already have Requirements list; we can add more bullet points there. Let's extract work environment and physical requirements: Work Environment: "While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery & mechanical parts, uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to loud noise, and outside weather conditions." Physical Requirements: list of intermittent unassisted sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, stooping, crawling, pushing and lifting is required. Must be able to walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time for at least eight hours per day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move light equipment up to 50 pounds without assistance. Must be alert to equipment in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, ability to walk on uneven ground while physically maneuvering construction sites, ability to work in extreme temperatures or humidity, and potentially work at heights. Other Requirements: Possession of a valid state of residence driver's license with a clean driving record. Daily travel to and from construction sites, generally within 100 miles from the home office is expected. Short term, out of town, assignments may be required. Long term, out of town, assignments may be required, with advance notice of planned dates. May be required to work protracted and irregular hours to meet client's needs, including nights, overtime and weekends. All positions at Foster CM Group require an applicant who has accepted an employment offer to undergo a background check. Background checks may include, SSN/SIN validation, education verification, employment verification, criminal background check, fingerprint verification, and/or drug test. All employment offers are contingent upon successful results of required background checks. These are substantive. We could incorporate them into Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Additional Requirements". But we have only headings list; we could add a section "Requirements" and include all those bullet points (including education, experience, skills, physical, work environment, other). That would be a large list but still under Requirements heading. That would preserve all info. Thus we will have Requirements heading with bullet points covering: - Bachelor's degree... - 3-8 years... - Experience interpreting... - Familiarity with Schedule Analyzer... - Strong interpersonal skills
