Senior Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical (Traveling)

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join the National Mission Critical team. This individual is primarily responsible for managing project teams to meet goals, budgets, and the highest customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow relationships with project owners and all professional groups involved.
• Engage in preconstruction activities, including developing bid procedures, conducting bid reviews, qualifying vendors and subcontractors, estimating, creating procurement strategies, and scheduling.
• Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program and required commissioning processes.
• Provide leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
• Travel as needed for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 10 + years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel for projects.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of complex mission‑critical MEP systems.
• Thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission‑critical commissioning processes.
• Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures processes.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, and other management tools.
• Strong proactive communication skills, customer focus, and a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
