Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

Lighthouse Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multiple Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction projects. This role oversees contract partners, project schedules, quality, safety, and client communication while ensuring successful project delivery. Frequent travel is required, with all work-related travel expenses paid.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily FTTH construction operations, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with project plans and permitting requirements.
• Track project progress, materials, budgets, and reporting.
• Coordinate Make Ready activities, utility locates, and field operations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of telecom or cable construction experience.
• Previous project management or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of FTTH, GPON/EPON networks, and Make Ready processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Being local to Detroit, MI, is preferred.
