Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing on large commercial and industrial construction sites.
• Prepare daily inspection and test reports.
• Review inspection and test data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with training and mentoring of less experienced staff, with potential to lead a team of field staff on large projects.
• Work with engineers and clients to ensure specifications are being followed.

• You have an associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred.
• You have 2-5 years’ experience in construction observation or special inspections.
• You bring various ICC Certifications, ACI Grade I, Various NICET Certifications, Nuclear Gauge certifications required OR a bachelor's degree in engineering with EIT.
• You are able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• You have a valid driver’s license and a good driving history.
• You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
