Senior Construction Manager / Inspector

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Monitor project progress and maintain inspection records and reports.
• Review RFIs, submittals, schedules, testing reports, and change orders.
• Track deficiencies and verify corrective actions.
• Cookordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and prepare documentation.
• Support cost, schedule, and progress evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications and Certifications

• 5+ years of construction management, inspection, or superintendent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Ability to travel and perform field inspections.

Preferred Experience

• With infrastructure, industrial, electrical, or mechanical projects.
• Federal construction project experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Experience with Procore.

Preferred Certifications

• ICC Certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
