We are a boutique litigation firm established in 2008. We focus on limiting our engagements to cases we prefer rather than adopting a high-volume model. The firm handles both plaintiff and defense matters involving construction and professional liability, as well as general business litigation.

About the Role

As a senior litigator, you will have substantial responsibility to serve as lead counsel in some cases while collaborating with other firm members on others. To the extent you generate business, you will receive substantial additional compensation based on your collected receipts.

This opportunity begins as a contract role, with the long-term goal of transitioning to a position where you can grow into ownership within the firm. We seek a senior lawyer who embodies our entrepreneurial spirit and is deeply committed to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.
