About the role
Responsible for inspecting construction projects in transportation and infrastructure sectors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate directly with contractors to address concerns and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction inspection.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel to various locations within the region.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with construction management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
