Senior Construction Inspector
Job Summary
Our growing PMCM team in Rochester seeks a Senior Construction Inspector to work on various NYS and city of Rochester projects.
Responsibilities
- Observation, inspection, and documentation of construction projects as an Owner’s representative
- Ensure compliance with design plans and specifications and permit requirements
- Document contractor progress, maintain accurate quantity records, process payment requests, generate punch lists, and certify completion status
- Create and track work orders for each project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction related field experience OR equivalent in field experience.
- 8-10+ years of experience in transportation engineering consulting performing studies, design, and construction services for municipal, state, or private clients.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
- Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
Additional Information
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $83,200- $124,800 annually for this position and local market.
