Role Responsibilities

• Create tasks with clear ground-truth outputs and objective rubrics
• Evaluate AI models on visual document understanding and instruction-following

• Expertise in the Construction Estimating domain
• Ability to author complex, grounded tasks
• Ability to produce clear ground-truth outputs and objective rubrics

Compensation: $75 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: ~15–20 hours/week
