Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex construction defect claims with minimal oversight
• Gather and analyze information to identify solutions for undefined issues
• Report on claims trends to senior management and underwriters
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including engaging with involved parties
• Negotiate complex settlements and manage litigation claims

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience adjudicating construction defect claims over $100,000
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in commercial general liability claims
• Licensed in multiple jurisdictions with flexibility to obtain more licenses
• Strong business acumen related to insurance profitability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
