The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / Job Description - there's a paragraph describing the role 2. Responsibilities - there's a long list of responsibilities 3. Qualifications - there's a list of required qualifications 4. Preferred Qualifications/Certifications/Licensures - there's a list of preferred items 5. Additional Information - includes salary range and some legal/EEO info Rules: - Use

for section headings - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Don't repeat job title as heading - Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when real specific content exists - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences Looking at the content: - The first paragraph is company background and role description - this could be "About the role" or "Job Description" - Responsibilities section has many bullet points (they're listed as separate lines) - Qualifications section has required qualifications - Preferred Qualifications section has preferred items - Additional Information has salary range ($160k-$200k) and some legal text I should include: - About the role (or Job Description) with the descriptive paragraph - Responsibilities as a list - Qualifications as a list - Preferred Qualifications as a list - Pay section with the salary range (since it's explicitly stated) - Maybe Benefits? But the posting doesn't explicitly list benefits, just salary range and some legal notes. The legal/EEO stuff should be removed as boilerplate. The salary range is explicitly stated: "The salary range for this full-time role is $160k-$200k per year." So I should include a Pay section. The "Additional Information" also includes some legal/EEO text which is boilerplate and should be removed. The salary info is the only substantive part there. Let me structure:

    • Review and evaluate temporary works and construction engineering to verify that proposed construction methods maintain structural stability, public safety, worker safety, and compliance with approved project requirements
    • Perform independent engineering evaluations and calculations to support field decisions related to structural integrity, construction sequencing, temporary conditions, design deviations, and changes to approved construction methods
    • Provide senior technical guidance to engineers and construction personnel and mentor less-experienced staff in bridge engineering, construction practices, technical documentation, and engineering problem-solving
    • Review inspection reports, material testing results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action plans, quality records, and other construction documentation to ensure timely and technically appropriate resolution of quality issues

    Pay

The salary range for this full-time role is $160k-$200k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.

I should not include the EEO/legal boilerplate. The company background at the very beginning (Founded in 1952...) is part of the job description context, but the user said "do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The company background could be included in the About the role section or as a separate paragraph. I'll include it as part of the About the role section. Actually, looking at the first paragraph: "Founded in 1952 and formerly known as Heery International Inc., the firm operates throughout the United States as part of Turner & Townsend. It specializes in project and program management for public sector organizations... The team's unique client-centric culture is integrated into each project and reflects a passion for the built environment and staying true to the client's vision." This is company background. Then "Job Description Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Senior Construction Bridge Engineer..." starts the role description. I'll combine the company background and role description into the About the role section. Now, note that the qualifications list has "eight (15) years" - that seems like a typo (8 vs 15). I should preserve it as written. Also, the preferred qualifications says "Ten (10) or more years" but required says "eight (15) years". I'll keep as is. Now, output only the HTML fragment. No
