About the role
Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Skills
- Construction industry knowledge.
