Responsibilities

• Identify key strategic needs for Electric Power in the connectivity space and work with internal partners to drive alignment and prioritization of key projects, resources, and hardware/software enhancements to support connectivity adoption and growth.
• Work with the product groups across Electric Power to collect voice of customer and voice of business to establish telematics and technology requirements and needs.
• Develop new priorities and needs for telematics hardware/software features in service of product support or condition monitoring goals.
• Establish enhancements for existing technology solutions relative to customer, dealer, and product group feedback.
• Represent Electric Power within cross-industry discussions for prioritization of EP needs and seek areas of synergy with other verticals to accelerate technology and telematics feature development.
• Manage metrics, dashboards, and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and determine opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in business, marketing, computer science, technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior technology or telematics experience.
