About the role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, your primary focus will be to optimize partnerships with regional or global hotel groups and drive business impact from our 3rd Party Inventory partners. You will enhance selection, pricing, and availability of our supply for the Hotel platform by developing partnership roadmaps, supply strategies, and optimization programs with hotel groups while managing API connections to our 3rd party inventory partners. Your goal is to design a hotel supply that drives company KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Execute a global win-win strategy for your portfolio that drives value to all parties and positions us as a top-performing demand channel for hotel groups and 3rd party inventory partners.
- Manage end-to-end API integrations and commercial relationships with 3PI (bed banks, wholesalers, and OTAs), ensuring accurate property mapping, real-time ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) synchronization, error resolution, and performance through commercial strategy.
- Create mutual account plans with partners to deliver objectives and KPIs that support our goals and those of our Enterprise Partners.
- Manage the stability, reliability, and growth of APIs between us and our 3rd party inventory partners.
- Leverage data to make decisions and design projects to expand and enhance availability and revenue through existing partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze over/underperformance, market trends, growth opportunities, or anomalies, and regularly communicate performance to Executives using production data and global market insight.
- Work with partners to ensure the partnership meets the highest industry standards and that commercial agreements and SLAs are fulfilled.
- Develop close working relationships with key internal teams to ensure appropriate support for these partnerships and unlock revenue for the business.
- Conduct regular business reviews and formal presentations for internal and external purposes.
- Work cross-functionally to execute changes at scale while collaborating with Market Management as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Groups and 3rd party inventory to drive property performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Hotel Connectivity roles with hands-on technical responsibilities and accountability for driving commercial business outcomes.
- Experience working with 3rd Party Inventory.
- Proven track record of designing and executing strategic priorities.
- Expertise collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to influence the roadmap, ensuring technical feasibility meets business objectives.
- Experience analyzing, structuring, and negotiating complex deals that align across multiple business unit needs.
- Comfortable performing data analysis and making decisions based on results.
- Ability to balance time spent between strategic initiatives and operations while diving into details when necessary.
- Experience developing and selling complex business solutions at the C-Suite level.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence top leaders internally and within the industry.
- Proactive self-starter able to prioritize and manage work autonomously.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
Pay
$71.12 – $79.31/hour (W—2)
