Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for concrete projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of estimates
• Review and analyze project specifications to determine material requirements
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and reports for clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing data to provide competitive estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete estimating
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials
• Experience working with project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for precision and attention to detail
