Senior Computer Systems Engineer

About the role

The Modern Workplace Computer Systems Engineer will be responsible for administering over 4,500 Windows devices through Intune, ensuring optimal performance, resolving issues, and enhancing the end user experience. This role includes packaging and deploying client based applications, as well as developing and supporting alternative operating systems across macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. The engineer will lead efforts to integrate conferencing room technologies into management platforms, define and support client strategies, and drive support metrics success.

Responsibilities
