Senior Compliance Engineer

Position Overview

This role focuses on ensuring HVAC/refrigeration products meet required compliance and testing standards, partnering closely with third-party test labs and internal stakeholders to support annual testing and verification activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant engineering/compliance experience (7–10 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of AHRI testing criteria/standards (highly desired)
• HVAC experience with an emphasis on refrigeration systems and testing standards
• Prior experience working with or supporting test labs (highly preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree required (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

Work Schedule

Primarily onsite Monday–Thursday with remote Fridays (subject to client policy)
