Senior Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of compliance-related reviews and support activity (e.g., hotline, excluded party screening, HIPAA breach reporting, Regulatory Compliance Leads Program operations, Stark Law Monitoring Program, Section 1557 monitoring, compliance training tracking).
• Assist in the diligence, integration, and acquisition process.
• Work effectively with other departments and external sources.
• Collaborate as part of a team to accomplish set goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Understanding of healthcare compliance and compliance-related principles.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance processes and internal controls.
• Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexible attitude and openness to changes in the day-to-day work schedule.
• Absolute attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or health care administration required.
• 4+ years of experience related to health care operations, regulatory compliance, and/or healthcare compliance preferred (but not required).
• Audit experience recommended.
• If not already achieved, obtain either of the following certifications within the first two years of employment: Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).

Other considerations (not requirements): project management experience, coding experience.

Pay

USD $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
