Senior Compliance Analyst

About the Role

This role is part of a company that provides an integrated finance platform using AI to support decision-making and productivity. The company helps finance teams move beyond traditional reporting to drive business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT general controls, security controls, and compliance processes against regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with security, cloud operations, engineering, product, legal, and other teams to implement and maintain compliance within cloud environments.
• Review customer contract terms related to cybersecurity, privacy, AI, audit rights, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide subject matter expertise during negotiations with customers concerning security and compliance.
• Complete due diligence questionnaires, security assessments, and compliance-related information requests.
• Serve as a trusted compliance advisor across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, cloud compliance, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of IT general controls, cloud security principles, shared responsibility models, and cloud architectures.
• Experience with compliance programs and audits related to SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, GDPR, or similar standards.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical and compliance concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, cloud-native or enterprise software, contract review related to security and privacy, familiarity with Microsoft Azure, and certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP.

Pay and Benefits

Gross annual base salary: USD 99,000 – 128,500. Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply. Total compensation depends on experience, skills, and location using objective, job-related criteria.
