What The Senior Compensation Contractor Does

At Worldwide Global Total Rewards provides hands-on, project-based support to the Global Compensation team, with primary focus on merger and acquisition integration, salary and bonus harmonization. This is an experienced individual contributor role, requiring strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support compensation projects with emphasis on M&A integration, including salary structure alignment and incentive harmonization.
  • Analyze legacy and acquired company compensation programs; support development and costing of harmonized salary and bonus frameworks.
  • Perform market pricing, job matching, and benchmarking; build compensation models and analysis to support planning and decision-making.
  • Support annual and off-cycle compensation processes (salary, bonus, adjustments).
  • Partner with Compensation, People Partners, Finance, and HR Operations to support offers, promotions, and organizational changes during integration.
  • Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and adherence to compensation governance and compliance requirements.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Individual contributor; no people management responsibility.
  • Project-based assignment with defined deliverables and timelines.
  • Works independently while closely collaborating with the core compensation team.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting compensation projects, ideally including M&A integration and salary/bonus harmonization.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; experience with HRIS and compensation systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
