About the role

Senior Compensation Consultant with extensive experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles. This position requires deep expertise in compensation strategy, technology, incentive plan design, market analysis, and regulatory compliance, along with strong client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale projects and complex client engagements.
• Advise senior executives on compensation strategy and design.
• Develop and implement incentive plans, market analysis methodologies, and regulatory compliance solutions.
• Lead client relationships and provide thought leadership in compensation consulting.
• Support business development activities and contribute to innovative compensation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, technology, incentive plan design, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong client relationship management and executive advisory skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and coaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading engagements for global organizations with complex compensation challenges.
• Demonstrated success in leading or supporting business development activities.
• Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with compensation management tools, survey management tools, and AI-enabled compensation agents.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing innovative solutions and thought leadership content.
