Senior Compensation Consultant
We are looking for a talented compensation professional to join Oracle’s Global Compensation Consulting Team, supporting our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) line of business. You will collaborate with stakeholders including HRBPs, talent advisors, business leaders, and our core compensation organization (COE) to deliver compensation solutions that help attract and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate will have compensation consulting experience supporting high-growth technology organizations and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly to meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide compensation consulting support to help OCI attract and retain key talent.
- Partner with HRBPs to prepare and execute annual compensation programs.
- Engage with the Talent Advisory organization to ensure the offer process effectively recruits needed talent, including critical and senior-level roles.
- Partner with other areas of compensation to provide business-relevant feedback, critical insights, and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and implement innovative approaches.
- Provide ad hoc and planned support to the OCI compensation consulting team.
- Participate in cross-functional programs and projects, as well as train and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of broad-based compensation experience with a strong consulting mindset.
- Experience in a high-tech company with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to build dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
- Data-driven with the ability to think creatively and weave data and insights into a compelling narrative.
- Proven relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to build effective business partnerships.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with annual compensation program systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- CCP Certification.
- Recent experience implementing job architecture projects.
Certain U.S.-based or U.S. customer/client-facing roles may require compliance with applicable immunization, occupational health, and/or drug testing mandates.
Pay
Hiring range in USD: $102,300 – $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on these factors and internal peer equity.
