About the role
Responsible for managing and analyzing compensation and benefits programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compensation surveys and market analyses.
- Conduct benefit plan design and analysis.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits trends.
- Support recruitment efforts by providing salary and benefits data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
