About the role

Responsible for managing and analyzing compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain compensation surveys and market analyses.
  • Conduct benefit plan design and analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits trends.
  • Support recruitment efforts by providing salary and benefits data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills
