Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools to enhance compensation analysis and insights
  • Evaluate roles for salary grading within job structures
  • Administer base pay and executive compensation programs
  • Monitor compliance with compensation laws and regulations
  • Develop training materials on compensation for HR teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or related fields, including market analysis and salary administration
  • Experience with AI-powered tools for data analysis and recommendations
  • Knowledge of wage and hour and equal pay regulations
  • Experience presenting compensation data to management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and HR compensation systems experience
