Responsibilities
- Advise HR Business Partners on compensation strategies
- Analyze market trends and recommend compensation updates
- Utilize AI tools to enhance compensation analysis and insights
- Evaluate roles for salary grading within job structures
- Administer base pay and executive compensation programs
- Monitor compliance with compensation laws and regulations
- Develop training materials on compensation for HR teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in compensation or related fields, including market analysis and salary administration
- Experience with AI-powered tools for data analysis and recommendations
- Knowledge of wage and hour and equal pay regulations
- Experience presenting compensation data to management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and HR compensation systems experience
