About the role

The organization is a leading payments credit union service organization and integrated fintech solutions provider serving over 4,000 financial institutions across North America. It operates in the financial services industry, addressing the challenge of rapid change and growth by delivering innovative technology solutions and dedicated service to support partner success. The Senior Compensation Analyst (Compensation Programs) is responsible for managing and enhancing the administration of the organization's annual merit, incentive compensation, and performance management processes. This role ensures that compensation programs are executed accurately and efficiently, aligning with organizational goals, and supports executive compensation processes as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee annual merit, incentive, and bonus planning processes including system setup, testing, reporting, and communications
  • Manage the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, evaluations, and calibration
  • Serve as primary Workday administrator for compensation and performance management processes
  • Develop and maintain project plans, program documentation, training materials, and communications
  • Monitor program execution to identify improvements in efficiency and user experience
  • Produce standard and ad hoc reports to support decision-making and compliance
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to resolve issues
  • Support salary structure updates, market pricing, and compensation analyses
  • Provide backup support for executive compensation administration and related reporting
  • Participate in audits, compliance, regulatory reporting, and governance activities
  • Lead special projects related to compensation, performance management, and process improvements
  • Maintain compensation policies, procedures, documentation, and controls
  • Perform additional analyses and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of progressive compensation experience including program administration and consulting
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior-level compensation role
  • Preferred 2 years of Executive Compensation experience
  • Experience managing annual compensation planning and related projects
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and HR on complex compensation issues
  • Workday experience required
  • PowerBi experience is a plus

Pay

$84,900.00 to $108,200.00, adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
