- Monitors and analyzes compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Works with managers to set and review employee compensation packages
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other compensation software
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
