Roles & Responsibilities
- Working under the supervision of NA TR:
- Define and benchmark (validation of the benchmark) the roles to be reviewed by site
- Conduct the analysis of the identified roles by site
- Validate the results with each site HRM
- Prepare recommendations and next steps for the review by HRBP, TR and Business Leaders (up to Executive level)
- Finalize recommendation and next steps - Consolidate the recommendations to be shared with HRBP, TR and Business Leaders (up to Executive level)
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor degree in business, economics or a related field or equivalent required. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in U.S. compensation analysis and administration.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, include experience with FLSA classification projects related to M&A activity.
- Proven ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Excellent analytical and organization skills.
- Excellent Excel ability.
- Ability to manage to deadlines and multiple priorities, work under pressure and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Detailed knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures, and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Workday a plus.
