For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Provide compensation and policy support as an internal consultant
- Conduct job evaluations to determine classification and market competitive salaries
- Ensure data integrity for compensation and job evaluation reporting
- Analyze jobs through interviews and questionnaires to validate requirements
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to draft and update job descriptions
- Support career development initiatives by preparing compensation reports
- Conduct market pricing analyses and support survey participation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, finance, psychology, or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of compensation theory and applicable laws such as FLSA and Equal Pay Act
- Experience in building compensation models and conducting pay analyses
- Skilled in designing job architecture/career ladders and salary structures
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay
$101,000 – $135,000 annually
