What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain compensation models.
- Lead compensation analytics.
- Create and maintain compensation trackers, dashboards, and budgets.
- Administer broad-based compensation.
- Support M&A integration.
- Further AI and automation across the function.
- Partner cross-functionally.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling with large datasets.
- Demonstrated market pricing and benchmarking experience.
- Fluency with AI tools.
- Sharp attention to detail, sound judgment with sensitive data, and strong ownership.
Base Pay Range
- Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $136,000—$160,000 USD
- Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $120,000—$141,000 USD
- Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $106,000—$125,000 USD
