Responsibilities
- Drive the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities.
- Ensure prospective residents experience nothing short of luxury living.
- Customize tours to individual tastes, recommending the perfect floorplan and outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants.
- Create a sense of community and go the extra mile to create a spectacular experience for new residents.
- Reach out with tailored updates to prospective residents, such as the ideal floorplan they’ve been eyeing, the newest hot-spot openings, and the best food truck in the neighborhood.
- Work weekends, specifically Saturdays, to handle high-traffic times for future residents.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required.
Qualifications
- Incredible customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Skills

- Creation of exciting campaigns and continuous outreach.
- Use of social media to fuel community enthusiasm.
