Senior Community Association Manager
Summary
The Senior Community Association Manager oversees the portfolio of communities managed by a selected group. They manage and assist in special projects and ensure success in all Community Association Managers they are designated to. They obtain knowledge in company policies and procedures, have a strong understanding of budgets and finances, and maintain client satisfaction and account retention.

Requirements
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean DMV record
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities
- Strong knowledge of the HOA industry
- Must obtain passing score on Keystone Senior CAM test
- 4 plus years of excellent client service orientation
- Responsive, follows up, and closes the loop with clients
- Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office, TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HOA software experience
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication and listening skills
- Exhibit professionalism and calm demeanor
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Comprehensive industry knowledge
- Substantial office presence
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Able to attend and participate in night meetings

Qualification Requirements
- 2 to 4 years working in a Community Association Management role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CMCA designation required
- CAI or CACM designation a plus
